Hair Wash Liquid
Place 10 broken soapnuts in a small saucepan
add 3 cups of water; boil gently for 30 minutes.
You want to end up with about 2 cups of liquid.
Use to wash your hair. No conditioner needed.
You may find that it takes a few washings to get all the chemicals out from the commercial shampoo you've used previously, but soon you will have wonderfully soft, shiny hair without using a single chemical!
